1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player," "User," or "you") and okbhet.cam (the "Platform," "okbhet," "we," "us," or "our"), a Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) licensed online gaming platform operating under Philippine jurisdiction.

By creating an account, accessing the okbhet website, depositing funds, placing bets, or using any okbhet services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all referenced policies such as our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and Bonus Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of okbhet services and close your account.

This Agreement is effective as of the date you first access okbhet services and remains in force for the duration of your account relationship with okbhet, including any period following account closure where obligations or liabilities persist. okbhet reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, with changes becoming effective upon posting to the okbhet website. Continued use of okbhet services following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

okbhet services are strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gambling laws. By registering an account with okbhet, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

okbhet employs comprehensive age verification procedures including but not limited to: government-issued identification document verification, facial recognition technology, database cross-referencing against national identification systems, and behavioral analysis. Any Player discovered to be under the age of 21, whether through active verification or subsequent discovery, will have their account immediately and permanently closed. All deposits made by underage players will be forfeited and not refunded, and any winnings will be voided, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

okbhet services are intended exclusively for residents of the Philippines. While Filipino citizens and residents may access okbhet while traveling abroad, the Platform reserves the right to restrict access from certain jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by local law. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of okbhet services complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction of residence and location of access.

2.3 Account Registration

To use okbhet services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, current residential address in the Philippines, valid mobile telephone number, valid email address, and government-issued identification documents (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, Postal ID, or other PAGCOR-accepted identification).

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and thereafter is true, accurate, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account information in the event of any changes. okbhet reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, address, or payment methods. Failure to provide requested documentation within thirty (30) days may result in account suspension or closure.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted only one (1) account with okbhet. Creation of multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited. If okbhet discovers that you maintain multiple accounts, all such accounts will be immediately closed, all funds will be forfeited, and you will be permanently banned from okbhet services. This prohibition includes accounts created using different personal information, payment methods, or devices but linked to the same individual.

2.5 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party and to immediately notify okbhet if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. okbhet will never request your password via email, telephone, or any other communication method. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed authorized by you, and you shall be liable for all such activity.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account. okbhet implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication options, device fingerprinting, and IP address monitoring. However, you acknowledge that no security system is impenetrable, and okbhet cannot guarantee absolute security of your account or information.

3.2 Account Verification

okbhet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to account registration, first withdrawal request, suspicious activity detection, random compliance audits, or regulatory requirement. Required documents may include: government-issued photo identification, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within three months), payment method verification (bank statement or e-wallet screenshot), and selfie photograph holding identification document.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed pending completion of identity verification procedures. okbhet aims to complete verification within seventy-two (72) hours of receiving complete and legible documentation. Accounts that fail to complete verification within thirty (30) days of request may be suspended or closed at okbhet's discretion.

3.3 Account Inactivity

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as dormant accounts. okbhet reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of PHP 500 (five hundred Philippine pesos) on dormant accounts to cover administrative costs. Dormancy fees will be deducted from the account balance on the first day of each month following the twelve-month inactivity period. Players will be notified via email thirty (30) days prior to the first dormancy fee charge. Accounts with zero balance and no activity for twenty-four (24) consecutive months may be closed permanently.

3.4 Account Suspension

okbhet reserves the right to suspend or restrict account access at any time if we reasonably suspect: fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, underage gambling, duplicate accounts, use of automated betting software, collusion with other players, provision of false information, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or any other activity that threatens the integrity, security, or legality of okbhet services.

During suspension, you will be unable to place bets, deposit funds, or withdraw funds. okbhet will endeavor to notify you of the suspension reason and provide an opportunity to respond, except where such notification would compromise an ongoing investigation or violate regulatory requirements. Suspended accounts may be reinstated at okbhet's sole discretion following resolution of the underlying issue.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

okbhet accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, GrabPay, bank transfer (InstaPay and PESONet), direct bank deposits to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and over-the-counter payments at 7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier, and M Lhuillier outlets. Minimum deposit is PHP 100 (one hundred Philippine pesos). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player VIP tier, ranging from PHP 50,000 to PHP 1,000,000 per transaction.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If okbhet identifies that deposited funds originated from a payment method not registered in your name, the deposit will be returned to the source, your account may be suspended, and you may be required to provide additional verification documentation.

Deposited funds are credited to your okbhet account balance within minutes for e-wallet payments and within one to four hours for bank transfers and over-the-counter payments. If your deposit does not appear within the stated timeframe, contact okbhet customer support with transaction details and proof of payment.

4.2 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available account balance at any time, subject to minimum withdrawal amount of PHP 300 (three hundred Philippine pesos) and maximum withdrawal limits based on VIP tier. Standard withdrawal limits are: PHP 50,000 per day for Bronze/Silver players, PHP 100,000 per day for Gold/Platinum players, PHP 500,000 per day for Diamond players, and custom limits negotiated individually for Royal VIP players.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. If withdrawal to the original deposit method is not feasible, okbhet will work with you to identify an acceptable alternative withdrawal method. Withdrawals to GCash typically process within ten to twenty minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals process within two to four hours during banking hours or next business day for after-hours requests.

okbhet reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing if: your account has not completed identity verification, your account shows signs of suspicious activity, your account is subject to an ongoing investigation, you have active bonus wagering requirements that must be satisfied, or regulatory requirements necessitate additional review. Players will be notified of withdrawal delays and provided with explanation and expected resolution timeframe.

4.3 Wagering Requirements for Withdrawals

All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal is permitted. This requirement is mandated by anti-money laundering regulations to prevent use of okbhet services for illicit fund transfer. For example, if you deposit PHP 5,000, you must place bets totaling at least PHP 5,000 before withdrawing any portion of your account balance.

Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus funds convert to withdrawable balance. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the specified timeframe results in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds.

4.4 Payment Processing Fees

okbhet does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors (banks, e-wallet providers, over-the-counter payment centers) may impose their own fees, which are beyond okbhet's control and are the sole responsibility of the Player. You are encouraged to review the fee schedules of your chosen payment method before conducting transactions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

okbhet offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP rewards, and seasonal promotions. Eligibility for bonuses is determined by okbhet at its sole discretion and may be based on factors including account status, deposit history, wagering activity, VIP tier, and compliance with bonus terms.

Each bonus is governed by specific terms and conditions detailed in the applicable bonus offer. These terms include minimum deposit requirements, qualifying games, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits during bonus play, time limits for satisfying requirements, and withdrawal restrictions. Players must read and understand bonus terms before claiming any bonus. Acceptance of a bonus constitutes agreement to the applicable bonus terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied before bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x, 30x, 40x). For example, a PHP 1,000 bonus with 30x wagering requirement necessitates placing PHP 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.

Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Typical contribution rates are: slots 100%, fishing games 100%, live casino 10%, table games 10%, sports betting 5%. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each bonus offer's terms and conditions. Bets placed on excluded games or exceeding maximum bet limits do not count toward wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

okbhet strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players to exploit bonuses, using automated betting systems or strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, depositing and withdrawing repeatedly solely to claim reload bonuses without genuine play intention, or any other activity that okbhet reasonably believes constitutes abuse of promotional offers.

Players suspected of bonus abuse will have all bonuses voided, associated winnings forfeited, accounts suspended pending investigation, and may be permanently banned from okbhet services. okbhet's determination of bonus abuse is final and not subject to appeal.

5.4 Promotion Modifications

okbhet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already claimed and in progress, but okbhet may discontinue offering the promotion to new claimants. okbhet also reserves the right to exclude individual players from specific promotions at its discretion, including players who have previously violated bonus terms or engaged in bonus abuse.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the okbhet platform are provided by licensed third-party game developers and have been independently tested and certified for fairness by accredited testing laboratories. Random Number Generators (RNGs) used in okbhet games are regularly audited to ensure truly random and unpredictable outcomes. okbhet does not have the ability to influence game outcomes or player win/loss rates.

While okbhet strives to ensure game accuracy and functionality, technical malfunctions may occasionally occur. In the event of a malfunction that affects game outcome, the affected round will be voided, and all bets will be refunded to player accounts. okbhet's liability in such cases is limited to refund of the affected bet amount, and okbhet shall not be liable for any consequential damages, lost winnings, or other indirect losses.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

okbhet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion. Reasons for bet refusal may include: bet amount exceeds game or account limits, technical error in odds display, suspected fraudulent activity, player account under investigation, regulatory compliance requirements, or game or market suspension by the game provider or sportsbook operator.

Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, altered, or voided except in cases of obvious technical error or as required by game provider rules or sports betting regulations. "Cash out" or "partial cash out" features may be available for certain sports bets at okbhet's discretion, subject to the terms of the specific cash-out offer.

6.3 Disconnections

If you experience a disconnection during active game play due to internet connectivity issues, device failure, or platform technical issues, the game round will continue to completion according to the bets placed before disconnection. Upon reconnection, you will see the result of the completed round. If the disconnection was caused by an okbhet platform error and the round cannot be completed, all affected bets will be voided and refunded.

6.4 Game Results

All game results are final and binding. Results are determined by the game provider's systems and recorded in okbhet's database. Players may review their game history and transaction history in their account dashboard. If you believe an error occurred in game results, you must notify okbhet customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed result. okbhet will investigate the claim by reviewing server logs and game provider records. okbhet's determination following investigation is final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of this Agreement, resulting in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action:

1. Fraud: Providing false information during registration, using stolen payment methods, using another person's identity or payment accounts, attempting to circumvent account verification procedures, or any other fraudulent activity.
2. Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage, sharing information about live dealer cards in real-time, working together to exploit bonuses or manipulate outcomes, or any form of coordinated fraudulent activity.
3. Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, software programs, or any automated system to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or automate play activity. All betting activity must be conducted manually by the registered account holder.
4. Money Laundering: Using okbhet services to launder proceeds from illegal activities, depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without genuine play intention, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or any activity that raises money laundering concerns under Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
5. Underage Gambling: Creating an account while under 21 years of age, using another person's identification to bypass age verification, allowing minors to access your account, or assisting minors in gambling activities.
6. Account Sharing: Sharing account credentials with third parties, allowing others to use your account, or using another person's account for any purpose.
7. Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing okbhet staff or other players via chat, email, or any communication channel; using offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language; or engaging in any behavior that creates a hostile or uncomfortable environment.
8. Intellectual Property Violation: Copying, reproducing, distributing, or modifying okbhet platform content, logos, trademarks, or proprietary information without explicit written permission; reverse engineering okbhet software; or infringing on okbhet intellectual property rights.
9. Jurisdictional Violations: Accessing okbhet services from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs or proxy servers to mask your true location, or otherwise attempting to circumvent geographic access restrictions.

This list is not exhaustive. okbhet reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any activity constitutes a prohibited activity or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Account Termination

8.1 Termination by Player

You may close your okbhet account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Before closing your account, you must withdraw all available balance. Accounts with pending bonuses or wagering requirements may not be closed until requirements are satisfied or bonuses are forfeited. okbhet will process account closure requests within seven (7) business days.

Account closure is permanent and irreversible. Once closed, you will not be able to reactivate the account, and you will need to register a new account if you wish to use okbhet services in the future (subject to these Terms and Conditions, including the prohibition on duplicate accounts if the original account was closed for violations).

8.2 Termination by okbhet

okbhet reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, suspicious transactions, failure to complete identity verification, chargebacks or payment disputes, abusive behavior toward staff or other players, regulatory compliance requirements, or at okbhet's discretion if continued account operation poses risk to okbhet, other players, or regulatory compliance.

In the event of account termination by okbhet for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited if the termination was due to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, underage gambling, or other serious violations. For terminations not involving fraud or serious misconduct, okbhet will return available balance (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings) to the Player following completion of any necessary investigations and deduction of any amounts owed to okbhet.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem may request self-exclusion from okbhet services. Self-exclusion periods may be set for twenty-four hours, seven days, thirty days, six months, one year, or permanent exclusion. During the self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your account, deposit funds, place bets, or receive promotional communications from okbhet.

Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed or shortened. After the self-exclusion period expires, accounts are not automatically reactivated; you must contact customer support to request reactivation, and okbhet may require completion of responsible gaming assessment before approving reactivation.

Players seeking self-exclusion are also encouraged to register with the National Council on Problem Gambling or PAGCOR's self-exclusion database to prevent gambling at other licensed Philippine online and land-based casinos.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

okbhet services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. okbhet does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from viruses, bugs, or technical errors.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, okbhet, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or personal injury arising from or related to your use of okbhet services, regardless of whether okbhet was advised of the possibility of such damages.

okbhet's maximum aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of okbhet services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or PHP 10,000 (ten thousand Philippine pesos), whichever is lower.

9.3 Force Majeure

okbhet shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under this Agreement resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, labor strikes, internet service provider failures, power outages, hardware or software failures, or any other unforeseen circumstances constituting force majeure.

9.4 Third-Party Services

okbhet platform includes games and services provided by third-party game developers, sportsbook operators, and payment processors. okbhet is not responsible for the content, accuracy, functionality, or availability of third-party services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by those third parties. okbhet disclaims all liability for any issues arising from third-party services.

10. Changes to Terms

okbhet reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Changes may be made to reflect changes in Philippine law, PAGCOR regulations, business practices, technological developments, or for any other reason okbhet deems appropriate.

When material changes are made to these Terms and Conditions, okbhet will notify players via email to the registered email address and/or via prominent notice on the okbhet website. The revised Terms and Conditions will be posted on the okbhet website with the "Last Updated" date clearly indicated. Changes become effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise specified.

Your continued use of okbhet services following posting of revised Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must immediately cease using okbhet services and close your account. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of any changes.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding okbhet services, you must first contact okbhet customer support in writing, providing detailed explanation of the issue and any supporting documentation. okbhet will investigate your complaint and respond within fourteen (14) business days. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate the complaint to PAGCOR for regulatory review and mediation.

11.3 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction or regulatory authority, such provision shall be severed from this Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11.4 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any other policies referenced herein or posted on the okbhet website, constitutes the entire agreement between you and okbhet regarding your use of okbhet services and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.

11.5 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under this Agreement without okbhet's prior written consent. okbhet may freely assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any third party, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.

11.6 Language

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. Any translations provided are for convenience only. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail and control.
